These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.aframedtech.com (the “Website”), operated by AfraMedTech, a division of Afra Virtual Medical Tourism Inc. (“AfraMedTech”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Business Use Only
The Website is intended for healthcare institutions, distributors, government buyers, contractors, healthcare professionals and medical-device manufacturers. We do not sell to individual consumers. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. No Medical Advice
Information on the Website is provided for general commercial and informational purposes. It is not medical, clinical or regulatory advice. Selection and use of medical equipment must be made by qualified professionals in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the laws of the country of use.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, images, minimum order quantities and lead times are indicative and may change without notice. Images may show representative models, and more than one manufacturer may be offered for the same product type. The make, model, configuration, price, availability and regulatory status of any product are confirmed only in a formal written quotation.
4. Quotations and Orders
Content on the Website is not an offer to sell. Submitting a request for quotation does not create a contract. A binding agreement arises only when a written quotation, pro-forma invoice or purchase agreement is accepted by both parties, and it is governed by the commercial terms stated in that document (including Incoterms®, payment terms and warranty conditions).
5. Regulatory and Import Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for obtaining any import permits, product registrations, licences and approvals required in the destination country. We assist by providing available documentation from manufacturers, but approval by any authority cannot be guaranteed.
6. Export Controls and Sanctions
All transactions are subject to Canadian export-control and sanctions laws and other applicable trade laws. We may decline or cancel any request where we believe a transaction could breach these laws, and we may request end-user or end-use information.
7. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
The AfraMedTech name, logo and the Website’s content and design are owned by Afra Virtual Medical Tourism Inc. and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Product names, brands, trademarks and product images belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website identifies products we can source and does not, by itself, imply endorsement, sponsorship or an exclusive relationship unless expressly stated.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false or misleading information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using automated tools to collect content.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites and services (such as manufacturers’ websites, AfraMedico and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability relating to products is governed exclusively by the applicable written sales agreement.
